One of the toughest and laziest dragons is the gronckle. Gronckles have gigantic heads, short bodies, and round tails. They spend a lot of their time sleeping in communal heaps and have even been known to fall asleep while flying, waking only when they crash into the ocean or the side of a mountain.
Gronckles have relatively small wings that beat as fast as a hummingbird's. They are slow in the air, but make up for this with their maneuverability, being able to fly backwards, sideways, and even hovering. They attack from the air, where their primary weapon of fire balls is most effective. Gronckles chew rocks, melting them in their bellies and firing them as balls of molten lava.

Although the Gronckle only can produce six shots of its fire, it can recharge its shot limit by swallowing volcanic rocks. On the battlefield, the Gronckle is a devastatingly strong and bulky dragon. Despite all this, they're like a dog...and can be very playful.
