Probably one of the oddest dragons the Vikings have encountered, the changewing is definitely hard to spot. It can change the color and texture of it's skin to blend in with it's surroundings. It spits green acid that can burn through trees, and most definitely Vikings.
The changewing is rather aggressive when being protective of it's friends or eggs, but otherwise is a playful and curious dragon. It displays mimicking behavior and loves to copy new things that it sees.
- It's eggs are often mistaken by Vikings for a "gem of good fortune" due to it's glowing and colorful exterior, as shown in the episode Gem of a Different Color.
