Gobber's sheep who was introduced in the post-movie short film Legend of the Boneknapper Dragon.
Not much is known about Phil or his role in the story, he does seem to be Gobber's pet, and actively takes orders from him when given. For the most part, though, Phil seems to be a very somber sheep, and always wears a gloomy expression.
