Dagur the Deranged

Introduced in the Riders of Berk episode Twinsanity, Dagur was the first born son to the Chief of the Berserker Tribe, Oswald the Agreeable.

Having little to no respect for his father's passive personality in warring and generally being a Viking, Dagur...."overthrew" his father and claimed rights to the chieftain even though he's very young. He's planning to return the Berserker tribe to it's bloodthirsty glory days which he felt his father was incapable of doing.

Dagur seems extremely invested, still, in the old ways of killing dragons simply for the fun of it, as well as feels intrigued by the army of dragons, that he's been told by a mysterious source, Berk has. Not entirely trusting Stoick's trick to hide all the dragons while Dagur was visiting, it's assumed Dagur will be back with the same intentions of finding the dragons Stoick is trying to hide.

Dagur and Hiccup have a rather interesting relationship, as Dagur seems to enjoy picking on Hiccup and causing him bodily harm, such as trying to drown him once when they were swimming. Back when Dagur wasn't chief, Hiccup was always tasked of keeping Dagur out of trouble, though it was usually a failed attempt. Dagur also seemed to have picked on Fishlegs as well, locking him in cage for three days and force feeding him rotten cod.
