Not much is known personality wise about Ruffnut and Tuffnut’s Zippleback, they are seen with it in Gift of the Night Fury and Riders of Berk and the head's names are Barf and Belch respectively.
It is, though, believed to be male because it doesn’t seem to have babies.They were captured and kept in the Kill Ring and used for dragon training before the first flight with Ruffnut and Tuffnut to fight against the Green Death.
Barf and Belch share personality traits to their riders, and thus constantly bicker, "blowing each other up" sometimes in habit when they see Ruffnut and Tuffnut fighting. It also seems that both the twins have a relationship with both heads and vise versa. Though they do have distinct heads that they ride (Ruffnut rides Barf and Tuffnut rides Belch).
